と政府の関係性と現在の市民社会スペースの状況を明らかにすることを目的とする。両国ともに、政権に影響があるような、人権やガバナンスなどに関連する活動を行う NGO の活動領域の縮小化を政府は試みているが、ケニアの場合はそのような活動を行う NGO をおもな対象としているのに対し、エチオピアの場合、2009 年の「慈善団体および市民団体に関する布告」のもと、NGO 全体が対象となったことが大きく異なる。さらに、エチオピアにおいては、国際 NGO を含め国内で活動する NGO 全体の活動領域が縮小化された一方で、ケニアにおいては、政府の規制的な対応にもかかわらず、NGO は人権やガバナンスに関連する活動を継続している現状がある。", "subitem_description_type": "Abstract"}]},
