"共産党一党独裁制を維持する中国では，共産党員資格が，その保持者に賃金プレミアムをもたらすと論じられている。しかし，党員資格の賃金効果は，経済理論的に決して明確ではなく，その上，実証研究の成果も，肯定説と否定説が混在している。本稿は，先行研究のエビデンスの統合を介して，党員資格が賃金水準に及ぼす真の効果の特定を試みる。既存研究30点から抽出した332推定結果のメタ統合は，低位の水準ながらも，正の党員資格賃金効果の存在を示した。この結果は，公表バイアス及び真の効果の有無に関する検証結果によっても支持された。さらに文献間異質性のメタ回帰分析は，調査対象企業の所有形態，サーベイデータの種別，賃金変数の補足範囲や定義，推定期間及び推定量や制御変数の選択が，既存研究の実証成果に体系的な差異を生み出している可能性を強く示唆した。",
