点について考察した。外部経済機会が豊富な「村」は，村内の土地利用に関する合意形成を行うことで契約に参加し，農家の厚生は企業から生産から販売まで一貫したサービスの提供を受けることで向上した。一方，外部経済機会が少ない「村」は，余剰農地を集積した上で少数の大規模農家に請け負わせ，労働力の大部分が遠隔地への出稼ぎを行うことで全体としての資源配分の効率化を図り，大規模農家の利益を村民に平等的に分配し，社会保障機能を発揮していることが明らかとなった。こうした内部資源の動員が可能となった要因として，組織的な経営による期待利潤の高さ，リーダーの経営能力への信頼がある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10_geolocation_19":{"attribute_name":"地域/国名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_geolocation_place":[{"subitem_geolocation_place_text":"中国"}]}]},"item_10_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.20561/00040461","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"日本貿易振興機構アジア経済研究所"}]},"item_10_rights_5":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"Copyrights
